I played it back on PS3 and felt similar gripes with the gameplay. It works better as a show 100% for me. All the good characters and story moments, without the gameplay issues. The show us 10/10

Give it a shot! Lower your expectations, this isn't The Irishmen or anything but it absolutely is a very fun, silly Sonic movie with genuinely great moments amidst the stuff targeted at kids 

While the fans do love Paradise, I think 3 is by far the fan favorite of the Burnout series. 3 is still the best the formula has ever been in my opinion, having linear race tracks was so much better than an open world and a GPS you had to try and follow. 

I got confused at first too, I love the polite exchange on here though! Breath of relief to have civil discussion somewhere.

Watching the (now taken down but definitely reuploaded elsewhere) video was fucking heartbreaking. Just awful, you can tell he understood that he messed up and I just wanted so badly to tell him "It's not too late to make things right, you're not too far gone" :(

Yeah, when I was watching the trailer it seemed like everyone's voice acting got a lot better (Cloud and Aerith significantly less monotone) but then Barrett just ended up sticking out like a sore thumb as very exaggerated. Whether intentionally or not, it does play into stereotypes and it's v unfortunate. 

It needs to be mentioned that this is a budget $20 game and that the dev team focused more on making a solid fighting game with 9 unique characters instead of making 25 copy paste Rangers, and I wouldn't have it any other way

I agree with you. Look at Sun/Moon vs Yokai Watch on 3ds for example. Let's Go has great visual style but could be easily better optimized to look even better, not sure why you're getting replies denying that or its importance. Game Freak made so much off Pokémon Go
