Please don’t hate me, but I grew up seeing the symbol as a smiling cartoon character. I never saw it as degrading until I got older (I’m 25) and it stunned me that such a character was allowed.

I do understand her perspective, and using her platform like this isn’t the worst thing ever, but I understand the people who left because they wanted away from that.

For some reason the idea of a night with the power out, and candles lit is nice. Some solid whisky paired with a good cigar sounds lovely.
