We get it, #SamBiddleHatesTheMilitaryAndEs.... Your myopic views of what the military does and what deterrence means are so painfully clear within each and every one of your dreadfully biased yet at least painfully uninteresting articles.

I know what you mean, but many of these come with an extension that eliminates that issue. Mine did. I also like that one can chuck the bits (and extension) into a cordless drill.

Yep. The computers can easily land better than the pilots... when everything is working. But, if a flight control is sticking or damaged, or the hydraulic system has failed, or GPS or other NAVAID systems are lost or degraded, there isn't an automatic system integrator developed yet that will outperform a warm body

Tactical Tomahawk. This would be about perfect for braining the walkers.

Rather than just a multi-screwdriver, you might suggest a screwdriver set. 30+ different bits for about $10. Way more versatile than just flat and Phillips heads.

Careful. Using screwdrivers like these that were unaltered, I've managed to torque them hard enough to twist and bend the heads.

I suspect that "not running away like a panicking child" is drilled into these guys from day one. The only thing worse than standing in the middle of an oil fire is falling down into an oil fire.

Interesting. I saw a couple of articles that said the rifle was found in a nearby car.

Perhaps this could work if the WiFi signal were boosted up to higher power and into the 900 and 1800 MHz ranges, and if the WiFi were broadcast from towers located strategically throughout a city or region, maybe in some kind of arrangement that would form slightly overlapping pockets of coverage...

Ballistic information suggests this guy didn't have much of a chance of hitting anything. If the shooter was near the Washington monument, about 800-900 yards away, and if he were using the AK-47 reported to be found in the car, then he would have almost no reasonable expectation of hitting the broad side of a barn

Obesity is, in the vast plurality of cases, voluntary.

Don't forget: all the free Tang you can drink!

A thousand hours in a tactical jet will take a military pilot between four and six years of operational flying. That would mean that an applicant would have completed college, flight school, a sea tour of three years, and a shore tour of two years (likely Test Pilot School, during which time he would almost certainly

"Text messages are ruining this country. Look at the spelling and grammer it is causing."

Also, the noun "text messages" in your first sentence does not match the pronoun "it" in your second sentence.

This was a great story by CBS Sunday Morning News about a professional photographer that takes "glamour shots" of adoptable pets to greatly increase their adoption rates.

Fuelly is a great web page for fuel tracking and comparison with other drivers' results.

Variables don't. Constants aren't.

Naturally, you have an appointment made to sterilize yourself, right?
