Dark Souls isn’t only a single player game. You can choose to play offline if you want single player, but multiplayer is an important part of the game and part of what made the series unique.

If you couldn’t get into the first chapter, why would you wonder if you should go back in? For most accounts, the game is great but if it’s not jiving with you, that’s ok.

I’m not sure it’s quite that simple. Orchestras sound great, but they make it much harder to adapt audio to the gameplay. I’m not convinced they’re overall an improvement.
