Seriously, devs do get shafted pretty badly. Seems to be the case for the entertainment industry in general though. The creatives really don’t get to reap the fields they sow, it always goes through the agents :(

This is a reasonable argument, and will be definitely good for the industry on that side.

Maybe I’m just old, but there’s no way I’m going to be replacing a few logins and passwords (Steam, Battlenet, GoG) with a login and password for every developer. I’ve enough games anyway that my backlog is big enough that missing out on Fallout 76, or Dragon Age 3... well, what have I lost?

Er... maybe they changed it when I wasn’t looking, but the result of my research around the Haldex All4 system in the MINI was not as this guy described - it’s 50/50 split (with the capability to move full front or up to 50% rear*) and as you go faster it pushes more of that split to the front (e.g. at highway speeds

Can we all refer to all Fox News correspondents as “Hunter” and “Hay-er, Kayleigh?”

From these images alone, Osaka terrifies me.

music vid’s as expected; but I can dig that chorus. Why not.

bla bla bla people complain, throw a stink, then they buy into it anyways. Maybe if people stopped paying companies to do things that they didn’t want, this wouldn’t happen?

And here I am, hoping that they were going to bring everything over to the Switch.

I’m partial to the Gameboy Advance version, with the bugfixes but original sprites/music and then none of the silly FMV stuff, but mebbe I’m oldschool.

Who cares? What about VI?

I’ve never been a breats man, but if I was, this would look like the game for me.

Goddamnit, why can’t we get FFVI?

I think they were trying to convince themselves that they had a plan, and they thought, if they just kept repeating that, it would come out.

This always makes me a little sad and angry. While I’m not directly involved with pageants, I’m very much indirectly involved via my wife, who competed and is currently running her own pageant under the Miss America Organization (MAO). And it’s a bit alarming to see how MAO pageants get confused with and or grouped

Ha, fair enough, and I agree.

Oh, I want to believe you, I really do, but I think the moral compass has moved on, and not for the better.  More often than not is inconsideration ignored for personal gain/fame/etc.

Same cloth, different sides. I’ve been an optimist most my life and, well, chip meet shoulder ;). I’m not going to say you’re doing it wrong. You do you. It’s not a bad thing by any means. I’m just running out of time.

You give humanity too much credit.  It’s horrifically much more simple than that - some people just don’t care.

If I didn’t have a group that I wanted to play with, I would have done the same.  And people wonder why any extraterrestrial intelligence would want to alienate the human race...
