Ye gotta think dark souls. Just get up in it’s face, and do proper timed dodges. If you’ve got some Urbosa, drop it, and ride it like you mean it. There are some well choreographed non-dodgeables, you can turtle up OR stasis and then let loose some more of that sweet Urbosa.

Or you stasis them, leg ‘em with the master sword, literally crawl into their ass, and then have at it like a hamster on meth.

First time I heard about this I was told to use the audio chirp as a cue, but that’s not entirely accurate. If you’re at the “preferred” distance - i.e. where a guardian will try to sit if you rush it, just out of reach - you’re absolutely right. Right when you see the flash / halo before the beam, hit the parry

Yeah, the first time I tried parrying these I went 3 guardians without missing a beat. Then I died approximately 54832967506482684602 times to the next guardian. Pewp.

Based on the Switch’s success, we can only assume that Nintendo will soon discontinue it.

Looks like Ren has a case of Sith-Eye. I wonder if they have drops for that.

It’s my preferred style of play, actually. The only time I play it handheld is on the toilet. Otherwise, tabletop or go home.

you forgot 6) Another accessory to spend money on.

It’s subtle. I think it’s really going to depend on the developers to handle it right. On one hand, I don’t think it’s as magic as they say; on the other hand, it’s significantly (read: it is recognizably) different from prior haptic feedback. Mostly in the different stages of rumble- it feels more analog, less

Everything out of rattan! #regretnothing

Leaf spring? Shoot, I got the whole trunk spring!

But what I must know (as I fast forward to the end): If they make it, does a Korok pop out of the burning cucco and say “You’ve found me!”?

I feel your pain. Our Atari, Nintendo, and Super Nintendo are no longer in the US. Sadness. I also lost two gameboys, and a gameboy pocket, along with a vast library of games for all those consoles. :(

Contemplating bringing my Switch and some Jack Party Box (when does that release?)

To be fair, I’ve always been bothered by the microcephaly, myself, but...

These are pretty sweet indeed. I have a bunch. But for the main theatre system, I have an older version of one of these... which... It’s pricey, but... I’m definitely resting assured. It’s also ancient and still works.

Yeah, with the USB-C standard, we’re going to be hard pressed to find a good “charging hub” unless it’s going to be like a 4-port 200W deal.

Huh. I always felt (from the keyboard) that the touch sensitivity on the Switch was a bit off.

Not all conference calls are bad. Poorly scheduled ones or, recurring ones for “business updates” tend to be, I agree completely. But that’s why I have a Nintendo Switch!
