I'm going to go through a list of observations here, since I'm the resident jerk with strong opinions on medicine. I'll just start with the negatives to get them out of the way:

It's true that giving birth in a hospital is a relatively recent thing, but dying during childbirth (mother, child or both) used to be more common than it is now.

"Arm shaping surgery." ARM. SHAPING. SURGERY.

It's cosmetic surgery, everything is unnecessary. That is literally the definition of cosmetic surgery. Plastics as a field is roughly split into reconstructive (e.g. burn treatment, scarring treatment, facial reconstruction, cleft palate/lip surgery etc.) and cosmetic surgery (e.g. breast/butt/pec/calf implants,…
