What level PoE. I was under the impression that it was guaranteed at 34 and 35.

So nobody used the information at the end of the Sopranos “to interpret it into several possible explanations”? Coulda fooled me. “no further discussion can be had”? But...what about all that further discussion people had?
But you can only buy two per character per Iron Banner. One at level 3 and one at level 5. And you have to play dozens of IB PvP matches to level up, instead of just two sessions of PoE.
