Well I have only really transformed in dungeons with her being the only friendly around. I could care less about enemy npc's being scared of me.

Only she attacks you for the most part, I have become a werewolf around Lydia a couple of times and she just keeps going as if it were a normal thing.

Mostly I liked the way they handled time travel. i.e. having to deal with all the crossing of past selves and what not. Great movie? No I don't think so but fun movie that handled time traveling pretty good? yes.
