It’s not too clear to me what made her feel so mortified about The VVitch. Did she not like it, or was she just embarrassed/self-critical about her performance or her face on the big screen?

The thing I will remember most about this pandemic time will be getting to see what celebrity curtains and bookshelves look like, and how many of them are too cheap to spring for bluetooth and still use the white corded earbuds that came with the iPhone.

I like that it’s breaking the idea of “git gud or get out”, but I also quite simply like the narrative idea of “not everything needs to die.”

WHAT’S UP JERKS 

I’m not sure about a Justice Judy who hears cases that involve real money or real life-changing judgements. Isn’t it the absolute petty-bulldust nature of the Judge Judy small-claims cases, that makes it okay for us to be entertained by the stress and distress of these, often relatively poor, people?

I think RIAA is right here. I know when I want to listen to music I often load up a Twitch video and listen to the song playing in the background while someone plays a game or talks. Far better than listening to the actually song in isolation at a decent quality. Damn streamers are just trying to steal money from hard…
