Dude, this comic is basically his sex fantasies in which he gets to crap in his boss' office.

Well, Darrow does mention he sees himself as Daedalus, watching his child falling from the sky. The inclusion of that cutscene in the beginning of the game (as a dream the pre-augmented Adam wakes up from) could have been a nice bit of foreshadowing.
Ok, that is beyond amazing! Love the very smart reference in the beginning.
It's very nice of Kotaku to display so prominently the work of the Bioshock team, considering how many of them have been laid off and are now looking for a job.
What TOR players really want is, of course, Jar Jar Binks as a playable character :P
Lunar: Eternal Blue Complete
Meanwhile, I'm sure we will still have pixel-based indy games :P
I think the point is that the game could simply not be based around violent combat.
The (so-called) off-topic subject doesn't bother me. In other hand, I'm not happy with people trying to amuse themselves over others getting hurt. Some of the people in that video likely have suffered serious injuries, and at least a few could have died. I don't think it's a nice thing to laugh at them.
Most likely a reboot, that's all we have been given recently. It can even be a Star Trek-like reboot, with the same actor for the old Doctor but a new cast for everyone else.
Mobile game. "Back to the Flappy Future" by EA, a microtransaction-based mobile game in which you control a generic character on a hoverboard as you have to dodge futuristic-looking pipes. Microtransactions include extra lifes, refilling the energy meter (when it's empty you can't play more), consumables that grant…
These days, a kid I know took a old style typrewriter to her class. The other kids (a little less than 10 years old) looked at it and said, "Wow, what a cool computer! It doesn't even need a keyboard in order to print stuff!"
Ok, LOL at the last paragraph :D So true, too.
About the "if it were a guy calling two girls" thing - maybe what happened was that the cosplayer actually threatened the girl and, being physically weaker than him (as women on average are weaker than men, and Jezebel would also chew me for this D: D:), the girl called a man for help.
The Jezebel crowd would SO eat your guts with a spoon D:
Red herring. That's Bendis for you.
It's probably based more on the movie than on the comic, but anyway...
I agree. It feels to me that procedurally generated games trade quality for replayability. This was interesting when I was young and I was looking for something to pass the time, but I find myself today looking less for a long experience, and more for a fun experience. I would rather have very short and very good…
You should be happy that they are assuming gamers/geeks have sex in order to even bother with condoms at all :-P
A few quests require you to have components from the early game. Nothing overpowered (I don't even remember what the quest rewards for those were), but still the idea that we were expected to keep random stuff around in order to complete optional quests annoyed me.
