Yeah, I dislike NASCAR as much as the next rally-fan, but you don't know what you're talking about. The cars run too close in NASCAR for rain, they wouldn't get more than a lap in without a big one taking out half the field. Rain works fine for rally-racing and decently for most road-course venues. But an oval? No.
