This is correct, Paid to upload on Xbone (you can download if you’re not gold) and PSN seems completely locked but I may be wrong. However you can copy saves using a USB drive and that’s not possible on the Switch as far as I’m aware. You want to charge for a enhancement to your system? Still not a gigantic fan but…

What’s a bunch of bullshit is if you don’t care about the rest of it but want to back up your saves in case of system failure you have to pay up. Other consoles and PC allow you to use external devices to do so, the Switch does not.

Paying that for everything else? The price is fine for that, paying for basic save access? Not a fan at all.

I’m okay with everything Nintendo announced with their new system except the fact you have to pay to back up your saves. Do you lose access if you let your account lapse?
