Yeah, except no one will be playing The Order in five months, and Destiny is still packed. But good try at an analogy, it almost worked.

I'm confused by the pre-release hype surrounding this game. Where were the high expectations coming from? Am I missing something?

Nope. Shooting things will always be fun. But it's how you shoot things that determines how fun the shooting actually is.

Right, Game Of The Year with a 67 score on Metacritic. Yep the critics are loving this one.

You can be cinematic without using QTE's everywhere. See; Shadow Of The Colossus. I think complaining about the lack of gameplay IN A GAME is a fair gripe.

Have you played the game as you seem to have a pretty strong opinion on the product? I ask because last time I checked the game doesn't come out for another 16 or so hours...

And to be fair, that was most of the fun of Jurassic Park too.

Ground Zeroes feels like an Early Access game. "Hey you guys, we finished this one level, so please give us $40 so we have the extra revenue to finish the rest of the game." In days gone by, I really think Ground Zeroes would've just been a free demo, like how they gave away nearly the entire Tanker chapter as a demo
