I'm not sold on sending a link to your resume instead of the actual resume to potential employers. Anything that makes them take an extra step to hire me can't help my chances at getting a job.

@ClingingMars: I don't know if the man specifically has any problems, but I know it was his desire to focus on non-fiction once the last Jack Ryan book was complete. Hence the ton of non-ficton he's done since then.

@rarukufan: Wow, I understand your enthusiasm for PS3 Media Server, but again, wow. That's a heck of a post ;)

@Rampage: Just Rainbow 6, and it was only for PC. Man, Frederf is right. I remember getting Lockdown and being mortified. What a steaming pile.

@MacGyver1138: Out of all the Halo maps I've missed, I've missed Waterworks the most.

@Kaneda: I really enjoyed Section 8, even if it didn't do that well. The devs straight up said they ripped off Tribes and added their own twist. There's still people playing it and you can pick up a copy for cheap.

@ThreeOneFive: My favorite is when the little kids online pronounce it pooned. Dumb little fuckers.

@heretrix: I played the demo on realistic, and didn't get touched. My first execute I killed 5 guys in one go (3 marked, 1 I landed on and the last went over the ledge as I landed). Granted I had played the demo on the easier mode so I knew what to expect, but there didn't feel like much difference.

@Rampage: Tom Clancy is a fiction/non-fiction writer. If you've ever seen the movie "The Hunt for Red October" starring Sean Connery and Alec Baldwin, well, he wrote the book. Along with about 15 others in the same universe. I've really, really enjoyed every single book he's ever written, though the very last one

@bigox 25: NO kidding. Theyown one of the most interesting MP mechanics I've ever seen and they leave it out? Yeesh.

@Johnny Neat: I feel the same way. Far Cry 2, while I enjoyed the game (Besides the backtracking), left completed the bad taste in my mouth that was started by the GRAW series and the Rainbow 6 series. Seriously, why does UbiSoft's online setup suck so much?

I've been obsessively fooling around with media streaming since I got my original xbox, xbmc and then moved on to the 360 when I got my HDTV. I've tried every solution out there, from Orb and TVersity, I set up a Linux box and tried a couple few media servers on that platform, and all of the flavors of Windows

@Thoraxe the Impaler: LOL it was an example. I didn't think HL's story was all that original or great, except for the mostly unexplained G-Man. So it's certainly on this guy's fodder list to talk trash about.

I listened when this guy trashed MW2, and agreed. But to go after another big game this week makes me grow tired of his shenanigans. What's next week, the story of Half Life was to trite and predictable?

If Ubisoft doesn't fix it's antiquated online setup and matchmaking for it's games, it doesn't matter what they think is good MP. That goes doubly for the crime against nature that the GRAW gameplay is.

@BowlBoundBoys07: After a quick glance at that thread maybe it's just a U3 issue? One guy said that if the drive is password protected it won't work (duh) but maybe just having U3 on the drive makes it not work? All of my generic drives seem to work, but a couple do get the speed warnings from a few.

@jayntampa: I have the new episode waiting for me when I get time, but had no idea that there was a new opening. Ugh. It was bad enough when they changed the music last season. It's not nearly as good as what they started with.

I'd like to know how everybody is making out with the new storage options on the Xbox 360? I put one flash drive in and apparently it wasn't big enough. I put a 2GB and it formatted it and worked, but it said that it didn't meet the minimum requirements. Since it's only 2GB, I don't have a game small enough to run

@ElephantFace: Because the update earlier this week allows you to save everything on external storage (flash drive, external USB drive) you shouldn't worry about buying the Arcade version so much. The arcade also includes an HDMI output these days, so that's not a negative anymore either. Am I missing something that

@Eseph: This my Achilles heel. I've found that if I remember the really productive days that I've had, and remember the feeling of accomplishment that came at the end of the day it pushes me over the edge to get started on the things I need to do to make today one of those productive days.
