I loved seeing this, this feels like it’s really shaping up to be Pikmin 2-2, which is great because Pikmin 2 was the best Pikmin. Hoping we get more branded items than just Nintendo objects, may be silly to want advertising but it was very charming finding old specific earth objects in Pikmin 2. The Glow Pikmin are

That was a great direct (following on a great direct in February), Loving what I’m seeing of Pikmin 4 (those glow Pikmin are so cute!), the Peach game looks cute, and the SMB Wonder looks like a ton of fun. Surprised to not see Splatoon DLC though. Between that and the Peach game and Dark Moon coming in 2024, I’m

It seems like the DLCs will be expanding the Pokédex pretty significantly.

The NSMB series felt stagnant after a while, I enjoyed the first one but then it just felt like more of the same over and over, so I’m glad to see a new direction (makes sense, a decade gap after SML2 led to NSMB, a decade gap after NSMBU led to this). I love how wild and dynamic this looks. This is the first time

I can make Link move one step at a time by shifting the control stick less than a millimeter

Right now not seeing how the odds on the next card being red don’t change as you flip through the deck.

The weird thing about that to me would just be that Darth Vader wasn’t a good father and was a villain. The “spoilers” of that wouldn’t be weird to me.

or play to the end as the last card will always be 50/50

If the first 25 cards are red and the next 26 are black, you will not have an advantage till there is only one card left, which will be red and you win.

This isn’t the same situation though, Blackjack isn’t an all-or-nothing win and the solution to this puzzle isn’t saying you can’t possibly have above a 50% chance at any given time, it’s saying that no strategy will average out to better than (or worse than) a 50% win rate.

The point is that there’s no way to come up with a strategy give you a strategy that’s more than 50% likely to win on average, not that every single card has a 50% chance of being red or black. Like one strategy you could have is just right away say the first card will be red, and that will obviously be a 50% chance

I don’t think this is connected at all. Nintendo has always played it quite safe.

I mean maybe technically but I feel like it’s a pretty well known thing? It’s almost a decade old and it definitely got praise from the LGBT community when it came out so I don’t really think that counts as a secret or spoiler at this point.

Let me rephrase. When I say “people” I don’t just mean “sentient,” but that they are the sentient civilization. The good Pixar movies are the ones that look at some aspect of the human world from a non-human perspective.

I think unqualified worst pixar movie is reasonable, I just have a hard time ranking things so I added the qualifier. It’s definitely one of my bottom few, possibly the very bottom. I think I might actually hate Cars 3 more, even though that was critically received better than Cars 2.

I think it’s eight billion eight hundred eighty five

I think you want to go 2, 3, 4 repeat, until you get the mouse. The mouse must alternate between even and odd and it can only do even cycles so you have to do odd cycles to be sure to catch it. I think any patterns with a gap of 1 will allow the mice to slip through and any patterns with 2 adjacent unchecked cabinets

Does the answer to this riddle have to be guaranteed to be answerable as true or false, or is that just the requirement for a device to respond? My thought was to ask something like “would the other 2 devices report true if I asked them ‘is my name [name]?” If you asked that to the 2 functioning devices they wouldn’t

I mean it’s pretty obvious at this point we’re not getting a Switch Pro, 7 years is the time for a brand new system, not a hardware revision
