Yup. SIL bought at the pre-2008 market high. Was underwater for a while after housing crash. Refi’d once or twice. Has payments under $900, maybe even under $700.

I think it depends on location and when the house was purchased, affecting the home price (loan amt + mortgage rate). Arguably, one who purchased their home 15 years ago in a lower cost of living area on a 30yr fixed rate mortgage could very well be paying <$1k/mo as opposed to anyone in the market recently with crazy…

Am I the only one who is not a fan of Remake Ada’s and Remake Leon’s faces? Remake Leon looks way too young to me and Remake Ada doesn’t look anything like Original RE4's Ada - she’s more akin to RE6 Ada.

Optimistically, they’d dust off Dino Crisis with a good remake. However, if they were to do it, they may just F it up and not put the resources in to make it good. Then you end up with a lackluster “reboot” like many of the other classic Capcom IPs.

Idle Stop, so that’s what that is! I recently rented a current model Rav4, regular (not a hybrid). It did this all the time. Very annoying. Our household has an older Rav4 Hybrid that also cuts the engine, but it’s not nearly as often as the rented model.
