I'm not sure how this is powerful. It shows average looking or unattractive people pointing out what they'd change in order to look above average. I'd be more interested in showing conventionally attractive people with the same because at least then I'd be a little surprised because 'what, you're so perfect!'

Yeah I get that. My point is that this "There is no way to tell how healthy a person is just by looking at them." is false. You can't usually diagnose people with specific issues based on appearance alone, but you can certainly often tell when they're unhealthy just by looking at them.

Romance novels suck when men write them too. But I prefer to read books about unhappy people doing terrible things.
