It might simply be because I didn't recognize the song and have likely never heard it., whereas it sounds like you were familiar with it. Either way, it got me to remember to look into Mumford & Sons after seeing them on SNL.

What a perfect song to go along with the video. The country/bluegrass style of the song isn't usually a genre I enjoy, but it works so well here.
Yep, unfortunately didn't help. The toolset is a bit buggy as it is, so it doesn't really surprise me that it has problems on 8.
Framerates are actually almost identical. The only reason I'm not using it is because the toolset I use for game development crashes randomly in Windows 8. It's not a memory leak, can't really tell what's causing it.
What? You would not lose your place in any document. Everything is left exactly as it was, the only difference being that the Start Screen is fullscreen instead of a small panel.
Ha, understandable!
Title needs fixing.
I can see the analogy, the two simply aren't comparable. The New York Times is looked towards as a reliable, professional news source. Gizmodo is a tech blog that relies heavily on rumors.
This is the most illogical comment I've read in quite a long time. This isn't he New York Times, nor is this a huge national security issue (pretty sure the White House falling into a sinkhole would be a big issue). This is a tech blog that thrives off of rumors, speculation, and hype. If you think every tech blog is…
Warface, warface warface. Warface warface warface warface warface warface warface.
Genius!
Beautiful indeed. Here is the full size wallpaper from my Retina MBP. It's 3200x2000.
Ha, indeed I do. After Giz's various redesigns, it sits alongside Giz as one of my three startup tabs.
I honestly have not, strangely enough.
Wonderful news, it's great that he has been able to adjust back to a normal lifestyle.
Indeed. I've never been a fan of GTA, but both Red Dead Redemption and LA Noire were great.
A wonderfully well-written article, thanks for sharing it. LA Noire truly was a gem, a very unique game among the sequels and fragfests we tend to get nowadays.
I usually upgrade my phone yearly. A lot of people think this is stupid, but the main reason I had been upgrading so often was to get a true feel for iOS, Android, and Windows Phone. I've now settled with iOS after using each for a year (well, had an iPod Touch for a couple of years before I got my first iPhone, but…
Care to explain? To be honest, I don't know a lot about the company beyond their products.
