Yeah, that would make a lot of sense actually!

Can somebody explain how In-n-Out is the favorite restaurant of North Dakota of all places, a state that is over 800 miles from the closest In-n-Out in Riverdale, Utah?
Not just you - it’s to save bandwidth during the pandemic:
The nostalgia! It burns! Now I need to go dig out Kopaka from the closet.
What does a pizza with extra-extra-extra pepperoni look like?
I was just wondering where Snacktaku had gone the other day! Very sorry to hear about this. Get better Mike, I hope your recovery goes smoothly.
Am I the only one getting an awful amount of static for a brief moment just before the Kotaku logo appears in the video? Really loud.
Am I alone in wishing there weren’t episode spoilers in both the title and the header photo less than 24 hours after the episode releases? Kind of shitty.
Have you seen Black Mesa? It’s a fan project that’s essentially a remaster/remake of Half Life. It’s quite good!
I hate to be that guy, but “RAM Memory” is a bit redundant, as it’s saying Random Access Memory Memory.
Ah, makes sense. Thanks for the info!
Out of curiosity, why has Steam been stinky lately? I haven’t done a whole lot of gaming lately, but I picked up Deus Ex and a couple of other games during the winter sale and all seemed fine.
To be fair they did announce The Last of Us at the Spike Game Awards in December 2011. There’s at least precedent. Regardless of that I doubt Naughty Dog is ready to show announce their next thing so soon after Uncharted 4.
I agree 100%, it does feel very cheap. Especially the mines - I was lucky enough not to notice that VATs could detect mines in FO4 until very late in the game, so I never really got into the habit of using it for that purpose.
Sure, I was just pointing out a small flaw in the OP’s logic. I’m not saying the issue doesn’t exist or shouldn’t be fixed.
To be fair you can always use VATS to find enemies that are behind non-solid cover, just as an enemy would be able to find you.
I do believe you are right in them sharing a single texture, but setting those colors on other objects (at least in Skyrim, which had the same basic system) isn’t exposed to the scripting language. Maybe they have a custom skin shader that handles the coloration. Besides, someting like grass is usually rendered much…
Without being in game, I’m assuming the rain is gradual, but I would bet it’s some custom shader effect, rather than something that could be repurposed into seasonal texture change.
Sure, that’s because Powered Power Armor (and many other mods) require a script extender, I only said that mods created via the CK would definitely be available on consoles.
Definitely more than just textures - anything the CK can do the consoles should be able to use, so quests, new lands, etc. I would imagine that anything that would have made it onto Steam Workshop for Skyrim would be a good guess as to what we’ll see on the consoles.
