The level of vitriol already being thrown at her on Twitter by people in the Sanders camp calling her a traitor, immoral, corrupt, etc. is beyond. They really don’t give a shit. They’re treating this election like it’s a fucking football game.
“[Trump is a] loud, nasty, thin-skinned fraud who has never risked anything for anyone and who serves no one but himself,” she told the audience.
This was hilarious to watch play out in real time. I snorted loudly at work. Of course, then I had to try to explain “delete your account” to someone who wasn’t Twitter-literate (Twitterate?), which was not entirely successful.
I’m certain the legal process they’re referring to is an attempt to emancipate her.
I echo your sentiments, however there will always be breeders and I’m guessing Bailey’s humans are not of the “backyard” variety if this bitch got a C-section at Auburn. Everyone should adopt, but there are such things as responsible breeders. It’s not all black and white. I have met some wonderfully responsible…
Despite being more to left than Clinton, I’ll vote for her. Trump is definitely the greater of the evils in this case.
I’ve gotta say, as a woman, I’m kind of having a moment right now. My daughter will grow up in a different world than I did and it thrills me.
I will be happy to hold my nose and vote for this lesser evil. (And I don’t mean that sarcastically. First major female presidential nominee is a pretty dece consolation prize.)
I don't have work tomorrow and I'm a little drunk so I texted all my Bernie bro friends and broke the news and they are still trying to tell me he has a chance. It's cute.
He has reason to be pissed too. When he was born, the line of succession hadn’t been changed to absolute primogeniture yet, so for about a year he was the FIRST in line to the throne, until the evil feminists lawmakers of Sweden changed this.
he is totally an evil prince character.
He will never leave jail. He will be considered for parole in 25 years and promptly rejected. Parole boards in the UK have to prove beyond reasonable doubt that the offender doesn’t pose a threat to the public before someone on one life tariff is set free, let alone 22 like this. The 25 years is a quirk of UK law, he…
22 life year sentences but could be out in 25 years.
Are you seriously comparing a movie based in reality with a movie where people can fly and change shape and shit?
I read the book. I thought that the author did a good job of explaining his disability and all of the effects it had on his daily life. She did focused very much on the fact that it was his choice to make, and how everyone else struggled to accept his choice after trying every way possible to talk him out of it. I…
I just finished the book over the weekend. I totally understood where he was coming from and I think it’s likely many disabled people (as a result of an accident) do feel like life may not be worth living if it can’t be lived the way it was before. Why is it not okay for those people to be represented?
Do you suffer from a physical disability or chronic disabling illness? If not, you might just consider not telling people who do to “chill”.
note: I haven’t seen the movie and I am not differently abled.
