I love Halloween so I’m always down to celebrate it as often as I can. I bought myself some candy and watched Gravity Falls and some Halloween movies. It was a good time. As if I need a reason to watch Hocus Pocus. >_>

Gravity Falls was an incredible show and even though I wish there was more of it, I’m so glad about how it ended too. Summerween is one of my favorite episodes (so much so that I celebrated Summerween myself this year, because why the fuck not?).

The BB&T Pavilion is a shit hole of a venue. I refuse to see shows there. I’m surprised it took this long for something to happen. My coworker was at that show and I texted her to see if she was okay. She said it was absolute chaos. I’m glad no one was killed.

DC straight out does not have a better track record with their women characters. Batgirl in the Killing Joke film has become just another love interest for Batman (with the added bonus of her being a bit of a stalker too). Then one of the creators called a critic at Comic-Con a pussy for saying it was problematic.

I guess you haven’t heard about the Killing Joke animated movie fiasco...

Yeah, I’m incredibly disappointed in Marvel for that shit. They both have ways they can improve but DC seems to always double down on their horrible shit.

It’s a good trailer but I’m not so sure it will be a good movie. I don’t trust the team behind it. I so desperately want it to be good but I’ve been burned by DC before. It’s also why I don’t have much hope for Suicide Squad.
