When you subscribe to Creative Cloud, you'll have access to all the CS apps and Lightroom in one nice bundle, so no need for different subscriptions. :)

Yep, Lightroom is included. Looking at my Adobe Application Manager, it shows Lightroom 4.4 is available for download.
