I like the quality of the ones from iRing Pro. Obviously aimed at iPhone users, but I'm sure they'd be great for Android folks, too.

Mine's still hanging out in Louisville, with a delivery set at Friday before 10:30 am.

The swiss clock's hands are also slightly tapered, while Apple's rendition is straight.

Louisville is UPS's international air hub.

We really try to live the whole "delayed gratification" thing as much as possible when it comes to our tech. I'll be upgrading to the new iPhone 5 from my 4 — two years feels about right for that, and we're finally getting my wife a new MacBook Air and replacing the white MacBook I bought for her in 2008, and

So, apparently Mexico and much of Latin America is now part of the US? Sheesh.

"The reason why this is all still theoretical is because for the time being, DirecTV, Netflix and Hulu are the only services supported."

This is... awesome. There are some other opportunities to mix the two songs a little tighter that they pass on, but still a great mashup!

Driving from the beach, over the hill into Silicon Valley, is about 50 minutes each way. Been doing it for a few years, so it's second nature.

My wife and I are total Xanadu fans. "Suddenly" was our first dance at our wedding.

DL is gorgeous, but do you know when it was last updated? They don't datestamp their release notes, and the site is dated 2008. I played with it for a while a couple years back, but when they stated that they'd probably never support comic books, I moved on.

Awesome deal — just did this right now. $180 for my 32GB iPhone 4 is just fine with me.

Thanks for the John Hodgman link, Lauren. I had forgotten about that TAL episode, but found myself laughing out loud again. Great start to a weekend. :-)

I think so. Great storytelling and voiceover work, an open-ended skill system that gives you lots of flexibility, and some really fun mission mechanics. Absolutely no reason for anyone even mildly interested to pass up the upcoming three-day free trial. I bought it, and I love it.

I just pretend that everyone died in the plane crash. That makes the ending (and the entire series) much better for me.

I'd wager that some folks, even at this point, are still waiting to complete a playthrough in the hopes that Bioware will expand and change the ending (Extended Cut notwithstanding). I can appreciate the sentiment, but I think those holdouts are going to be waiting forever.
