Actually, s/he knows ergonomics just fine. No one should have to look *up* at their monitor. Looking straight at your monitor is right on, but that line of sight should line up with the *top* of your monitor, not the center. That allows your eyes to naturally fall to scan the entire vertical space.

I've never had a FB account — between LinkedIn for work-related stuff, and Flickr for photo sharing, I never felt like I needed one. I let my wife do all the family-related FB stuff.

I feel best with 7-8 hours per night, but can get through the week with a couple 6-hour nights in there, if necessary. Anything less than that, and my butt is dragging. Five or less, and my eyelids feel like they're lined with sandpaper.
