How can this trouble you? Its purpose is clear; a larger family car without the 7-seat-van-SUV drawbacks. Its a normal car capable of taking an extra person (you know you've had to take 5 passengers at least once before) without endangering anyone or compromising the efficiency in any way.

It IS a mid-size car. It competes with the Leon, Focus, Megane, and it's ilk. It's not a city car.

Also: Too big for a City Car. The xB should get an honourable mention because of it's boxy shape, but this doesn't have that.

While the Ford Ka was popular among young men, the Renault Twingo found is way to female hearts. Easy to see why. It's very practical, simple to use and comes with a cute face. A great design indeed.
