I'll take the 'vette. If I were to buy a new sports car, I would drive it until the wheels fell off. There are many places to buy LS replacement and performance parts at "reasonable" prices. I'd hate to see the repair bills from a twin turbo'ed BMW in 10 years.

Let's start things off RIGHT!!

Modern "Net" HP (SAE Net HP) is not measured at the wheels - it is still measured at the flywheel. BUT, it is measured with the factory intake, exhaust, emissions, and accessories attached.

This was referenced in the Hemi Dart/Barracuda section.

WHAT?......

Ford built a handful of Glaxies with the 427 SOHC. they were labeled as prototype cars, but they were built and delivered to customers (one went to astronaut Gordon Cooper).

L88 Corvette. Rated at 430 HP from the factory but supposedly made close to 560 HP, but who knows. Basically, a factory built race car not intended for the road.

1965 Dodge Cornet W051 Superstock 426 Hemi that advertised 425 horses, did in reality, produce somewhere between 540 to 565 hp from the Michigan plant

Yeah I don't even know what it is. They all look the same to me.

Not sure if I'd call any Audi a bruiser...

America salutes you, tractor burnout man.

Of course it does! How else are upper-middle class women supposed to get to the mall and yoga class?

D'aw he's so adorable. I just want to pick him up and let him sleep on my tummy while I take a nap.

If you cover yourself in mud, can you sneak up on it?

Is it as ugly in real life as it looks in that picture?

That sounds terrible.

The neighbor has a leaf blower going right now.

Really? Sounds exactly like every other fart can exhaust to me.
