No, obviously facial hair is a naturally re-occurring issue. lol
To reinforce your argument: I used to have hair and my driver's license picture included hair and a beard. Later, I shaved everything off and would rent golf clubs which required that I leave my license as hostage for the clubs. Without fail, I would turn in the clubs and the person behind the counter could NEVER…
and what if I parted my hair on the left instead of the right...just for my photo... *GASP*!
Wow. With that beard dude, you make a TERRIBLE looking woman. Oof. Next please.
Are you straight and manly-looking?
"altering his or her appearance so that the photo would misrepresent his or her identity."
I wish the South Carolina DMV "good luck" in trying to enforce a "beard and hair removal policy" before taking a picture.
Pfft. Go for the full effect: http://thechive.com/2014/01/03/ind…
Oh come on, nobody in South Carolina shaves their beard. That's just ludicrous.
I always wanted to have my DL picture taken when I was really stoned so if I got pulled over I would look normal.
So if I went to get my picture taken with a full beard and a full head of hair and then immediately after the picture was taken went home and shaved my head and beard I would be in violation of this policy?
Because it sucks?
