Meh, Spanx doesn’t have a trademark on Shapewear. Saying Yummie ripped of Spanx is like saying there can only be one brand of basketball shoes. FWIW, Yummie’s line isn’t as compressing as the Spanx line. Which I prefer. My biggest gripe about the Yummie line is the sizing chart is way off.

I find their sizing hit or miss. I don’t know if it’s because when it’s on sale, there is something inherently wrong with the item. I bought a size small according to their size chart. I swear to God, a toddler could not wiggle in it.
