Nordstrom does an excellent job of measuring you and then suggesting styles for your needs. Esp important if you are a D cup or bigger. I feel like B cups and smaller can get away with ill fitting bras because there is less to support. But you really want proper fit if you are D and up - which has a long term affect…

I’m pretty sure I’ve eaten some and it’s good if you don’t realize what it is. It was when I became an adult that I felt grossed out looking back. Ive also eaten a shit load of other things - that looking back now grosses me out.
