Welcome to jalopnik buddy. I'm equally at a loss for why everyone here hates on pickups. I mean hasn't everybody at least seen somebody hauling of lumber, or metal, or an ATV? It takes a freakin lot of payload to carry that stuff!

Agreed. People on the bandwagon saying the Colorado is big has never driven one, or at least parked it next to a Ranger and S10. I wrote up a size comparison a while back, all these trucks are the same size. Small! A Colorado is no where near the size of a 90's Silverado. /rant

Agreed. And while the Frontier has a little more room, it still isn't exactly spacious and it feels cheap for the price.

The current Silverado is the same size as the C10 Full Size pickup from the 60's and 70's.... What are you referring to? Full Size trucks have not really grown much since then. The F150 is the same size as a 70's F100.

The New Jeep Cherokee, One is a Jeep and one is a Fiat hatchback.

I disagree with you completely, primarily because we have seen the video footage of the driver being dragged out of his car and beaten on the ground. I don't think public opinion changes if the ethnicities were any different.

That would be yours truly :)

Corolla S? Is that you?

You did it wrong, Subaru.

This bears repeating. Subonda! Hondaru! Subarondu?

We were supposed to post actual ads?

Convince me why this isn't a better option on all fronts.

There is plenty of room under that hood to make it a LOT faster than the "rivals".

Agreed. I love this car and have been after one for a while when it works out..... an I'm a GM guy.

I'd ride the BMW Brutus

What the everlovin' fuck?!? Everyone involved in this tragedy needs to spend time in JAIL. If that option isn't available through the court system I would demand VERY public apologies from the involved cops and doctors along with the craploads of cash. Shaming these cocksuckers needs to be part of the solution.

Hence why he left an annotation in the video stating he was wrong.

Even though I'm a card carrying union member liberal democrat (I own guns!) who tries to drive hatchbacks whenever possible, I love pickup trucks and if I owned my own place I'd have a spare pickup truck to use to haul shit around. I can haul shit in my hatch, but it's just not the same as having a big open bed. You

I feel like the opposite is a better approach. Specialize early, generalize later. From a career perspective, it can be difficult to get on those in-roads unless you are some sort of snowflake. Another generic peon is just another resume in the stack.
