Exactly. The larger causes are differential in speeds of cars, poor lane discipline, and too fast for bad weather. And being Michigan, probably failures of rusted out car suspensions and frames.

That thing just might be worth picking up a vaping habit for.

Cut up power towel tubes then

Don’t forget hashbrowns and cheese waffles (chaffles)

Everything in the world has gotten faster except for travel. On the road, higher traffic makes your drives longer. In the air, post-911 security waits and lack of the hypersonic Concorde (although only a sliver of population could use it) has made air travel longer.

You know what else is under-rated? Proper detent angles for doors. Take the Mustang GT. Your options are to suck in your gooch and shimmy sideways into the drivers seat or swing the door so wide you have to have one foot out of the car to reach the handle to close it. Even the new Camry is afflicted with this.

My goal is to own minimal depreciation cars (bugeye WRX wagon, S2000, E46 M3, 1M). Of this list, I’d only want the Viper and F355. I do want an off-roady thing but would only consider the Jeep (and not even that seriously, my parents had one in the 80s and I nearly had 3rd degree burns from climbing on the vinyl seats)

Why no F-22's or F-35's instead of old F-18's?

Wasn’t the Mini E concept from 2011?

It may take a few days to find but i’ll do it

We’ve reached peak grille area, just before swinging to the opposite: EVs with no grilles.

The F1 is my all-time favorite. As a teen visiting London, our cab drove by the McLaren dealership and made my parents take me there the next day to check it out. I still have the printed photos (remember film cameras?). They are still beautiful and I can’t wait to see a T.50 in person one day.

My experience with FB Market is worse than CL. As a seller, all first responses are the pre-populated “is this available?”, followed by an insultingly low offer in terrible grammar/lolspeak. When shopping, the photos tend to be super potato.

Stereotypes aside, your comment has truth to it. Watch Savagegeese’s review of the Mustang Bullitt. The chassis is pure economy car cheaply designed to maximize profits, heavy, and hampers the rest of the higher performance variants. With as many units as Ford sells, eliminating the lowest base model would allow

I remember when my family was minivan shopping, the Ford salesman played us an ad where it showed a family going through a drive-thru, highlighting that the Aerostar had sliding rear windows vs. the Astro that had pop-out windows. The ad showed a kid in the Astro reaching out for an ice cream cone and the ice cream

The fact that people cannot get a price for medical care is why the whole system needs to be burnt to the ground and start over. Knowing prices beforehand will lower prices because people will shop around. Imagine that! Every other industry in the world can provide prices, why can’t healthcare.

Given the Silverado, GM is ready to accept that challenge.

like a lot of the engineering ideas this truck has - namely the air suspension to lower it for the 99% of road driving this will see as well as making it easier to load and a stressed skin structural design.

I once had to design thermal blankets for a satellite. I wasn’t liking the sheetmetal function in the CAD program so I designed it using a patchwork of triangles. Maybe Elon was spying on me.
