Agreed. Part of the hate is likely from the yellow not color coordinating with the rest of the car. Owners can easily wrap them in faux carbon fiber film.

Accidentally had a pocket knife in my backpack and TSA for my outbound flight didn’t detect it. TSA at my return airport did though. I didn’t even know it was there. I thought I’d lost it!
