I’m going to a ‘closed door event’ on Friday to preview the new 8-series and the X7. BMW doesn’t allow phones inside so I’ll have to clear some room in my spank bank to memorialize the experience :D

Prior to this year, saying the Blazer had Camaro styling was a plus. But the latest is not the greatest in the looks department. This Lexus NX’s quasi-twin is ugly to me but I’m sure the norm-core crowd will love it.

They’re always gonna be $35,000. Years ago, that’s what they were going for. Just looked up auctions on BaT and they are still right at that mark. Technically, they are depreciating but just enough to hold at $35k.

“a ton more livable” - Do you realize that MR2 has no trunk or frunk? The Elise actually has a trunk!

I’m not stupid. It’s pronounced Extra Small! Can’t quite figure out why the Apple ironically named the big one the Extra Small Max. :P

Ken, thank you for not calling your tenth film Gymkhana X!

Instead of perpetuating corn industry subsidies to weasel its way into gas, it’s time to have them diversify their crops.

Porsche is doing the buyers a favor. Save weight and save money by not opting for it. You still get mirrors as standard. Downside: you’ll have to swivel your neck and eyes like a plebian Saturn driver.

You forgot that the interior looks hideous.

So confused about Maggie’s pregnancy. She never even had a bump. I thought she miscarried but last season they kept mentioning her impending delivery.

Alfa Rangero?

Similar story here...’04 G35 coupe 6MT to an ‘01 E46 M3. I still think the original G35 lines look great but the M3 is more ergonomic, fun to drive, spacious, and the stability control intervention is much less intrusive.

There’s another company working on platooning big rigs called Peleton, which is another name that actually describes its mission instead of naming it something like Cargo’r or Cargo-ly.

Oh I realize that. I’m never going back to the previous shop that potentially cross-threaded and stripped it even though I can’t prove it was them. I was doing a oil change at a DIY shop on a lift and the drain plug wouldn’t tighten. Pulled it out and along came a Slinky of aluminum with it. I now have a drain valve

About a month ago, my friend took delivery of his AWD m3. There were paint chips, scrapes, and a couple dings in the paint at delivery so he turned it in after a few weeks. Tesla gave him an X as a loaner so he’s driving a nicer vehicle for the time being.

I’m biased but E46. My username checks out.

I’ve got an ‘01 and it has been fairly trouble free. My biggest issues have been coilpacks going bad and the damn aluminum oilpan drainplug threads getting stripped.

The E46, to me, only looked good as a M3.

Also RWD layout adds weight over Wrong Wheel Drive.

Completely agree. The danger when e-scooting or biking is not nearly the level as when driving a vehicle. Plus, you don’t need a license to bike or scoot. I don’t see why it should go on your driving record.
