It’s worth mentioning that the first mention of them being from NY comes from the Super Show, from DIC and Saban, not from anything from Nintendo of Japan. And I wouldn’t call ANYTHING from DIC/Saban canon.

You’re either actively lying, or are severely ignorant on the topic.

The L.A. Times piece is essentially a list of stories about how women were disappointed that they were asked to do nude scenes, Franco was annoyed, rinse and repeat.

I played that game quite some time back then. It was very well-crafted mystery game relying on general education on geography that make learning about the world actually fun. So yeah, Carmen Sandiego deserves its spot alongside The Oregon Trail as educational gaming pioneers.

Very strong username/comment synergy.

It’s the new conservative campaign strategy. Get famous for being a racist pile of trash, claim you were “cancelled” and then launch a run for office on the backs of sympathetic white nationalists sending you cash.

Who gets labeled a “terrorist” and who gets labeled a “freedom fighter” largely depends on perspective and power balances.

That’s freaking genius. I left school a naive libertarian and ended up a marxist. So much for “liberal university brainwashing.”

I just love that pointing out the ways systemic racism and inequality have and continue to affect the lives of so many people (myself included) has been equated to fostering division.

I understand your frustration, and I agree with your assessment that the 16 year old was about to stab the pink girl and that there was really no way out of that situation without the cop drawing some kind of weapon. But what’s concerning here is you immediately undercut her age by saying, “She’s 200 lb child with a

Ok. Let’s say your version of events is the correct one. Let’s even say the cop couldn’t have used any other de-escalation techniques (baton, taser, bean bags, pepper spray). We could even say the odds of hitting the girl he “saved” were so low that he did the right thing opening fire.

There were a lot of good options.

Appropriate name you gave yourself. Almost your entire comment history is defending police killing black people and denying the existence of racism

Any number of reasons as to why someone might need distance from a situation before talking about it - not least because you might actually want to put bread on your table in an industry infamously unfair to <here you may insert “women,” “Asian voices,” “people who call out sexual assault,” or all three>.

Nothing about

This.

Hideaki Anno is living his life’s dream right now. ever since he was in high school he’s been wanting to work on projects like this. it’s amazing seeing him finally achieve his goals.

I dunno. I think what the other characters are failing to understand is that Sam didn’t do what he thought was right in giving the shield to a museum, but he was doing what he, as Sam Wilson, had to do. It didn’t feel like it belonged to him. He hadn’t earned it yet.

I think Sam giving the shield to the museum (not to the military) makes complete sense. The whole point of Steve Rogers is that he’s this impossibly perfect person. This isn’t Sam experiencing general self-doubt; it’s Sam experiencing hesitance and full-blown imposter syndrome over if he can follow in the footsteps of

Really? Ewe!

I’d say Jedi Knight:Dark Forces II is better. People overlook it for Jedi Knight: Outcast, probably because the latter was available on consoles, so more people played it. Still, the original had Half-Life-esque levels, in the sense of lived-in places that felt like they served a purpose, and a year before Half-Life
