It sounds to me like a lot of people are completely missing the entire point of this article. He's not saying it's a bad game. He's saying that the cinematics and story don't live up to previous Blizzard standards.

Here's how I think the top comment system works. First, editorial staff ALWAYS gets precedence. Next, it's the comment with an editorial staff reply. After that, it's the post with the most text.
