Shit, I live in MN and have a parking garage at work.  A while back they put in free EV chargers.  I think 8?  Last year you’d see like 2-3.  Now when I go home they’re all taken and I see EVs elsewhere in the garage.

Do these systems actually work at that low speed or in reverse?
