I recall reading that teams wanted the larger tires so they are better able to tune the suspension instead of relying on wobbly rubber balloons.

heh.  Two years ago I got new tires from tirerack and took it to a shop.  They couldn’t do it because their mounting machine couldn’t handle 18 inch wheels.  In 2017 he couldn’t do 18 inch wheels.

Add in that a lot of people think these systems are a replacement for good driving and keeping an eye out

Sure, because people are just going to go out and buy and set up their own calibration equipment to replace a part that might fail them once.

indy more expensive over the years

It comes down to the fact that there still isn’t an industry standard and the systems offered on the expensive cars are generally better at “seeing” pedestrians than other models. That’s a scary thought.

nobody should really be getting their car repaired at the dealer after the warranty expires

They won’t hear it coming.

Yep. He clearly said all of them are garbage. I see it right there. Don’t ask me to quote it though.

Just because the car runs, they may not be perfectly usable.

I like how hydropower on the chart kind of looks like waves.

I’m pretty sure this will make me a bad person, but I think people who still play and actually paid for this subscription are getting what they deserve.

Good.  Get it right.

Yeah, this doesn’t seem confusing at all.

Came to say the same thing.

I don’t mind bikes filtering to the front of stopped traffic though.

It seems whatever they did yesterday that started the autoplay with audio broke the add-on I was using and it just causes the video to error and it won’t play anymore anyway. /kinja’d

This is the one I use.

If I can remember, I’ll check tonight when I get home.  I don’t like the one I have here at work but the one on my desktop I’ve liked.

That blocks the video completely though, right?  I’d rather not prevent myself from watching the video and just stop it from auto playing.
