Dukie - Jalopnik Emergency Management Asshole

Damnit, now I'm craving a dinner at Polish Village. Do you know how far of a drive that is from Seattel!?

They refurbished the F-4 Phantoms at AMARG for the QF-4 program, and are now doing the same thing to F-16s for the QF-16 program.

Eh. I drove past them quite often so I remember. The D-21 drones are fun to find too.

You're right, that's an Mi-17 in foreground and an Mi-8 in the background.

Just for fun:

And most of them have been chopped up.

When I lived on the base, my brother-in-law and I took some of the perimeter roads out around AMARG. There's some pretty interesting stuff out there.

Here's a challenge for anyone:

Find the MiGs in AMARG via Google Maps or Bing Maps.

Yeah, that's actually a scrapyard on the South side of Davis-Monthan AFB.

I assume you mean AMARG, which is listed as #1.

AMARG has a tour you can attend via a bus from the Pima Air & Space Museum.

I'm starting to learn this Photoshop stuff.

I can't layer for shit, so if someone wanted to delete the Jalopnik Text and add the logo, then maybe add the "BS" blipshift logo in the lower right...

My Photoshoop-Fu is really lousy, but here's my idea:

This Photo:

Anything "Drift". 240sx, AE86, etc. The "Drift Tax" that some people put on these things is redonkulous.

Now playing

250hp you say? Buddy of mine has a 400hp quad. I mean, they run 35 lbs of boost and all but still.

1993, It was Jeep's Grand Cherokee debut with it driving through the front glass of Cobo Hall for NAIAS.

I remember that, it was all over the local Detroit news. Now I feel old.

A friend of mine went a few years ago as Captain Obvious for a Halloween party as well.

Go right ahead, It's old and I found it again on The Googles.
