In totally agree with your suggested anthology approach for World War Z. But I think I’d have a different director for each segment of the anthology. I think doing it that way would be really different and interesting as each segment feels like it has a different tone and feel.

Actually Snyder’s mistake was being to dismissive of the source material. Too many things failed because the details that lent them impact were gone in Snyder’s need for “cool visuals” and more action.
