I caught this episode last night. It’s a show I’ve been meaning to watch but haven’t watched because I’ve been too busy playing video games. I can honestly say I am happy I turned off the PS4 and watched it. Brian seems oddly charming. Rebecca is always going to be potty mouthed Deb from Dexter though...

Yes, Limitless had another winner last night. I wish I had it recorded so to play back Brian’s scathing critique of how bullshitty hacking is portrayed on TV. (Yes, Felicity, it’s true. When you sit in front of a keyboard and you’re instantly “in”, you’re not doing squat.)

Their framing of Halt & Catch Fire Guy was

I particularly enjoyed the punching bit near the end. Because seriously, given the ability, who WOULDN’T do that?

“I don’t think anyone has life experience or preferences different than mine”

If everyone thinks you’re not thinking rationally, you’re probably not thinking rationally. That being said, this isn’t a death penalty case. Get it together, lady! (And I say this as a litigator with full knowledge of how juries work).

I’ve mentioned it before, so pardon if I’m repeating myself too much: I think an MCU version would be (heh) fantastic if it were done as a mid-Sixties period piece that focused more on cosmic threats.

I know Marvel has been threading and weaving Thanos for a while now through their films, it would be great when he finally shows up as the main villain they’ve been teasing, he stands there all grandiose, just about to open his mouth, then gets stomped on by a boot. camera slowly glides up, way up... to “I am

Straight male here. I can provide you with a list of things I’ve stuck up my ass if you like.

Yes, he is pretty much the living personification of entitlement. He literally gets whatever he wants at any given time, and so he believes he deserves whatever it is he wants.

Purple Man is the douche who keeps telling random women to “smile” taken to the MOST extreme holy fucking shit. This show is amazing.

This is the best written show i have seen in years. There are level of meanings buried deep into it that i am still discovering. And the fact the center “love story” of the show is not Jessica and Luke. but Jessica and Trish is beyond awesome.

I know this is on a TV show budget, but this just looks like a guy with red face paint wearing a bulky costume.

He was ultimately charged with fifth-degree assault.

The problem with Gotham is that it is a horribly written show with storylines and events that make no sense within the show and within individual episodes. The idiocy of that program cannot even be charted.

You sure know how to take all the fun out of fucking a minor.

I am actually Ok with Gotham, but this argument is dumb. Bricken has a problem with Gotham because everyone makes completely insane decisions, while he’s OK with Flash because everyone has insane powers. Two very different things.

I don’t know about him but I kinda am.

So. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: Marvel TV is really good at not hiding the ball and having these characters interact like humans, instead of hiding vital information that is immediately helpful for the sake of suspense or plot or making incredibly dumb choices for those same reasons.
