I think the rationale was she wasn’t in her right mind. The pain she was in was affecting her judgement.

Thank goodness she was an interesting and well-developed character because, in terms of the narrative, her motivations really made no sense, even for a comic book movie.  But I was fully distracted by the performance, the excellent character design and her kick-ass phasing effect. I definitely want the action figure.

Dark Matter was cancelled because it was a interesting concept that was executed as boring drek on top of a half season of filler.

The big problem with the DCEU movies is that apart from Wonder Woman, they seem to be made by and star people who really hate superhero movies, and would rather be doing just about anything else.

I would love it if the opening scene in Infinity War is the return of Batroc the Leaper — who comes into the scene and leaps exactly once before he is incinerated by Thanos.

Captain America: The Winter Soldier is my favorite Marvel movie and in my opinion, the best of the bunch. I thought it’s version Batroc was really well done.
