Marvel has a lot of love and momentum and that kinda almost gives them a pass on otherwise not so great films. I mean if you really turn off the fanboy goggles you see that Iron Man 2&3 and Thor 2 weren't really all that good. Great Marvel movies like Winter Soldier and GotG should put that in perspective.

I like the current storyline but considering how big a deal it was that the worlds are merged I thought we would see more of an impact with that. Also I thought it would be more of an impact on Korra that she has lost her connection with all the past Avatars yet that really hasn't been brought up either.

His conquest is an odd one to me. I get it, he thinks chaos is the natural state, but mankind always finds itself grouping together in cities and looking towards leadership (whether spiritual or political). I think a very good argument could be made that it's just as natural for us to have leaders…
