I think the lack of 360 ANYTHING on this game is pure marketing. They even pushed it back a few weeks to take advantage of the "must have" crowd that will change their mind and FIND a way to get an X1.

The story might debunk this BUT I'm just going into this pretending it is in the Mega Man universe. Possibly hundreds of years before or hundreds of years after.
