are you sure about the dates on Do Androids...? I have a Signet paperback 1st edition dated 1969 with a 75 cent price point, which states it is an authorized reprint of a hardback original.

not to be a wet blanket, but does anyone in the book bother to explain how in the time it took Han, Leia & co to get to the (much closer) Cloud City, walk around then get captured, Luke made a longer trip to a remote planet and spent days (weeks? months?) training to be a Jedi before running off to rescue them?

@gd01skorpius: it's a teaser trailer which means the final sound mix is no where close to being complete. Teaser trailers generally use music and sound effects from other films.

@chalkshark: the time difference is a large part as well. recasting a film character in a series was traditionally not an issue because it would anywhere from a year to 3 years between the original actor and the replacement - plenty of time for the audience to forget the specifics of the role. In TV, it's 3 months

what is this Matrix sequel of which you speak? I remember no such thing ever existing, recast or otherwise.
