I would assume that Georgia, like the state where I live, has laws against obstruction of traffic. What this does, especially when impossible to enforce, is add another tool to the arsenal of crooked cops to be 'creative' when wanting to get someone at any cost.
What is this obsession with trying to criminalize everything that annoys us? What's next, criminalize walking on the left side of the sidewalk? Walking too slow in a busy sidewalk? Chewing with your mouth open?
I apologize if I'm asking a question someone else explained before (I can't find my way around this new Kinja discussion), but what pressure would this pneumatic system run under? I would expect it to be quite high. Also, what kind of pump would they be using to charge it?
