Good for consumers/users maybe not so good for developers in some aspects? I can see it being a pain for devs to maintain multiple repositories for their app. I can also see it benefiting people who don't have access to paid apps on the default/stock market for Android.

@ender89: You are kidding right? I've got 3 cards with Google Checkout and haven't needed to do anything more than I had to do with PayPal which isn't much at all.

note: some cameras don't work with the lens detached. MY D50 doesn't unless there's an option in the settings I'm not aware of.
