@snoop_dizzle: try un-mounting your sd card then install then remount. Worked for me and a few friends with install issues.

@m0b3k3: I don't regret holding onto my G1 at all. I absolutely love this phone and CM6 just renewed that love. I'm still up in the air as to what device I'll be upgrading to in the next couple months but the G2 is very high on that list. My next purchase will definitely be Cyanogen supported and preferably HTC built.
