Best solution: Just don't ever sleep. Stay up late and rise early! Successful and smart!
Agreed.
I'm pretty sure I've seen an article that says night owls trend towards higher IQs.
I still think DRM is lame. But there's not really an awesome alternative. While everyone is whining about nothing being revolutionary...who cares. The next gen stuff is still pretty sick.
Meh. While that may be true, it is clearly a calculated effort to gain some good-will back. Reversing there position on some DRM does not mean that all of the other benefits go away. Your article gives a false dilemma, a mistaken binary choice. You can have both, at least in transition.
What the hell. It's people like these that make christians look bad. Way to misinterpret the bible, wackos.
Obscuring the face only matters initially. High quality systems will also use a variety of biometrics, including gait, height, posture, etc. Basically, this only works until the system has you logged. After that, they've got you.
I don't like the feeling of giving up my civil liberties for the illusion of security.
Thank you for the voice of reason, violet_baudelalre.
Hydrogen could work. If you put pure hydrogen in the balloon and made sure to keep all oxygen out, hydrogen cannot explode. It's feasible, just needs special precautions.
Damn. She is sweating straight through that makeup. But she dresses great!
Buoyancy has nothing to do with this principle at all. It refers to displacement of the liquid when a solid is submerged (partially or wholly). Density, and relative density at that, are all that matter in this particular instance.
Citation needed please. I'm genuinely curious about this idea, and as a scientist I want to see some well-argued thought backed up by facts on this.
You don't own games under steam. You license them. According to the terms of service, steam could revoke your license to play the game should you violate those same terms.
Psh...it's been done and better. Because it's a motorcycle helicopter.
Hah. Nope. Just somewhat chaos for a few weeks or months. People would rig up solutions, like they always do. A relatively small number of casualties, and a whole lot of innovation. Necessity, as they say, is the mother of invention.
Ah..too many primary colors and fluorescent bulbs and white walls! I would have gone just a bit more muted or understated. Seems like it would be distracting at work.
Me too. Time to find some interesting wood to char and a bottle of everclear.
The chemistry is not that difficult. Allowing air in allows for oxidation, at a slow rate. If you simply used compressed oxygen containing air, combined with agitation, and possibly heat, you can get the exact same effect much, much faster.
