Yeah, this seems like a legitimate reason for a judge to show leniency in this situation. Driving is her livelihood. This petty ‘crime’ is very likely to adversely affect her career. It isn’t just a loss of a privilege, in this case, it’s potentially a serious loss to her income for years.
